Lola Rudd, a woman who not only owns a Vespa named Gertrude but also is about to become a dog mom. She comes to work with a smile on her face and a skip in her step. Not only is she our best General Manager, she also has talents far beyond serving up perfect cocktails; She was the lead soloist in the Praise Time Players at the Trinity Lutheran Church. We want #yeg to know how lucky we are to have such a wonderful woman keeping our restaurant in tip-top shape.
